• Availability of 24 hours manned Security Control Room to respond to client management as well as the guards deployed.
• Special service to our clients, a Sophisticated Internal Monitoring Report (SIMR) on monthly basis
• Constant supervision of the guards at no extra cost by Manager (Operations) and Field Officers.
• On job training is provided at the post regularly to improve knowledge of the guard about his duty post, reactions in the event of any contingency and capability of the guarding team.
• Creating and maintaining a “Security Presence” and high visibility by various means in order to deter crime and to give visitors and staff a comfortable and secure feeling in the client’s premises.
• Our entire operations staff is equipped with mobile phones and wireless sets (Client Specific) for prompt communication

VIGILON Force is equipped with independent Technical Systems Division to meet client’s technical requirements like Electronic Access Control Systems, CCTV and Surveillance System, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm systems, Sprinkler’s systems, PA Systems etc.

To ensure high degree of alertness, a system of surprise checks has been instituted. VIGILON Force ‘s system of Internal Audit is directly under the control of General Manager (Operations), who ensures prompt action for smooth functioning. Manager Operations check all posts day/ night of their zones at least once in a week. Apart from the daily Day & Night checks by field officers.

VIGILON Force takes pride in providing special service to our clients, a Sophisticated Internal Monitoring Report (SIMR) on monthly basis. We have a dedicated force of Field Officers who carry out checking of all posts daily. Supervisors render a regular report on the performance of each post.

To preclude the possibility of complacency and avoid over familiarization, the guards are rotated on regular basis. However, in case of specific request from the client, a guard may be permitted to continue over the stipulated time (which is not recommended, but at client’s discretion).
