Sawan Tulse
Founder
He has over 24 years of sound experience in corporate world in HR, Administration, Facility and Security Management in all sectors which he led as HOD in early 2000, later as Director of Corporate Transport Company in early 2010.
He has done his schooling from Kendriya Vidhyalaya Southern Command, Pune.
He completed his Management Degree - Masters in Personnel Management from Neville Wadia, Institute of Management Studies & Research Pune.
In 24 years of his tenure, he worked towards excellence in entrepreneurship and people-centric leadership to setup green field projects to take business to higher level & expand across pan India level in cities like Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Bangalore etc.
His corporate experience gives an advantage to understand the entire gamut of Corporate Security & Facility Management, hence render services to the par excellence.

Mayureshwar Raje
Founder
Mayureshwar Raje is a Co-founder of VIGILON Force. Mayureshwar has done his Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University, He has sound knowledge in the corporate business since last two decades and has been a successful Entrepreneur in various field of service industry like Automotive sector and Transportation service sectors.
He has a strong sense of self-confidence and is enterprising and inspiring while achieving team objectives. He leads VIGILON Force from front to meet the company’s vision.
Mr. Shankar Babu Rao
Founder
Mr. Shankar Babu Rao, retired army personnel, commissioned in Army Ordinance Corps (AOC) on 30th September 1982 and retired on 30th October 2004. which resulted 22 years of vast experience in Operations and Security management. He has commanded an impendent armed unit. Highly conscientious, responsible and resilient in his approach. Mr. Shankar Babu Rao is highly professional in his dealings; he is affable and adjusting to changing situations and people. He is enterprising and inspiring while achieving team objectives. He is also founder of Elite Security Force Limited, a sister concern of VIGILON Force.
Rekhaa Tulse
CEO
Rekhaa Tulse, a CEO of VIGILON Force, expound the vision of VIGILON Force Security Limited and sets the direction and roadmap for achieving the organizational objectives.
She has done her schooling from various Kendriya Vidhyalayas/Army schools across India and grown up in a disciplined defence background. She has completed her Masters in Literature from Nowrosjee Wadia College.
Rekhaa Tulse started her career as a Lead in Supply Chain Management and Sourcing & Procurement Domain in various Companies in India like Genpact, Symantec and Infosys moved up the corporate hierarchy contributing to SCM development and quality management.
All organizational charter converges, as she leads from the front for the company to grow as a figurehead in the Security & Facility Management industry. Her authoritative, impeccable and immaculate command over the development of business can be aptly termed as industry thought leadership. She mentors each dimension of the company system in delivering up-to-the mark services to the customers from their relationship with VIGILON Force Security Limited, Excellence.
Her fundamental thought process and philosophy behind VIGILON Force, is to keep the ‘Quality in order’ and to concentrate on delivery so that every penny spent by the customer returns to them amplified.

Rekhaa Tulse, CEO of VIGILON Force, is inspired by the ideology to uplift women, implement programs and urban development works that would benefit the under privileged women. Her mission is to uplift women from the devastating situations they encounter by setting up income generating programs for deserving women to become self-employed. Through their own movement women become strong and visible. Their tremendous economic and social contributions become recognized with globalization, liberalization and other economic changes.
